I had a lot of issues setting up multiple HTTPS sites on a single webserver. After building out a VM on the Proxmox machine (FreeBSD), I imported the content of my website, the capstone project for George Brown’s T147 program, the development site for church, and a couple already migrated virtual hosts. After installing the IBM PRO/1000 PT Quad NIC, I was able to achieve full speeds.
It’s been a while since the last Proxmox project post, and this was because of actually executing the plan – getting all the parts and playing around with it all.
New project in the works. I want to build a computer that runs Sophos UTM and act as my firewall/internal gateway. Sophos would allow me to have greater control in terms of QoS, device management, routing, and security.
